Punahou School Carnival Project
Sound Booth Web App
In 2022, I had the opportunity to be a Sound Booth Booth Chair for the carnival. Unfortunately, due to there not being a Punahou Carnival (in-person) the year prior, there were no remains of the previous website that the sound booth used to generate messages for approval.
I took this as an opportunity to use my technical skills to solve the problem. First, the website takes the message(s) that the customer wants using a spreadsheet writer API. Then, the information and data are processed in a spreadsheet that awaits approval. Upon approval, the speakers will say the approved messages.
This was remodeled and updated for the 2023 Carnival..
Mobile Unity App
Work in Progress
The Punahou School Carnival Project comes in two parts. The first is an app that will be accessible for those with phones to stay connected throughout the school's annual carnival. The second component is used to support the carnival's sound booth.
Due to a technical difficulty, the data for the app I worked on was erased from my computer; however, I, along with Noah Lum '23 and Christan Simon '23, are rebuilding the app for the 2024 school year.
